Our Team
Healing Together Therapy & Wellness Center is led by the vision of its founding members.
Ella Chang, Founder
“My vision for this center is to provide affordable counseling and coaching to the English-speaking community in South Korea and throughout Asia.”
Chong Concannon, Clinical Director
“Out of all the therapeutic interventions, I believe that the most important agent of change and healing is the therapeutic relationship that is based on trust, safety, authenticity, compassion, and unyielding hope.”
When you trust one of the therapists or coaches at Healing Together with your story and your struggle, you can feel confident knowing that your provider is competent, and continues to seek education to further their specialization and cultural competence.

Services Available
-
This is your first meeting with your therapist or coach. At this time, you will review your completed Biopsychosocial Intake Assessment and discuss your reasons for seeking mental health services. Together with your therapist, you will review relevant history and factors that are contributing to current stress, and cast a vision for what healing might look like in your life. The intake is the start of the therapeutic journey, and after the first session, you will transition into an Individual/Couples/Family Therapy Session.
-
Therapy sessions can be delivered in a number of different formats, depending on your needs and the concerns that originally brought you in.
+Individual therapy can address moments of life transition, help you grow your confidence, target specific mental health diagnoses or challenges, and teach relationship and coping skills that pave the way to a healthy and productive life.
+Relationship therapy can help you and your partner(s) identify the pain points in your relationship and develop a shared language and vision for the future.
+Family therapy can be an effective solution for your family when the trials of parenting are testing your patience, or there is a family concern that needs a safe outlet for processing and coping. This service can be used in addition to individual sessions or as a standalone service.
-
Group Therapy can be an opportunity to connect with others who are facing a similar struggle or a place to learn and practice interpersonal skills in a group setting. Groups will vary in topic and format. At this time, we offer process groups, psychoeducational groups, and support groups.
-
Sessions with a coach are targeted and actionable sessions with providers who inspire motivation and follow-through. Some common areas where our clients seek coaching include:
Relationship Coaching
Career change/transition Coaching
Leadership Coaching
Parenting Coaching
ADHD Coaching
